Strength: Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles. Including increased bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness.
Endurance: Endurance training is the act of exercising to increase stamina and endurance and the breathing rate.
Cardio: Cardio exercises reduce body fat, decrease total cholesterol, boost mood, lower resting heart rate, and improve heart and lung function. It’s almost like a magic “health” pill when you think about!
Flexibility: Flexibility workouts fit all exercisers, from beginner to advance. Staying flexible can help protect you from injury, especially if you sit most of the day.
